Tibetan Acupressure System Sessions with Jenny 

Tibetan Acupressure System (TAS) is an ancient system of reflexive pressure point healing, which accesses the body’s natural corrective energies in order to bring balance to the body as a whole.  

The reflex points are found within the four main maps of the body, the feet, hands, head and shoulder blades.   These points are directly related to all of the body systems and internal organs as well as the meridian pathways.  The practitioner of Tibetan Acupressure applies rapid finger pressure to specific reflex points resulting in a restorative effect in the body and encouraging an increase in energy and relaxation.  

The recipient remains clothed and seated upright in a chair.  The focus, breath, and intent of the practitioner are additional dynamics used in the system; these contribute to the overall vitality of the healing experience. 

An entire Tibetan Acupressure System (TAS) classical treatment takes 45 minutes to 1 hour.  The system is subtle, profound and especially efficient at eliminating pain and restoring a sense of well-being to the client.

Reiki Session with Jenny

Reiki is Universal Life Force energy.  It is a transcendental energy which combines with and activates the innate energy that exists in everything to promote wellness and healing on all levels of the physical bodies and spiritual being.  Reiki works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. 

A treatment involves a combination of Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, and intuitive healing techniques.  Healing occurs through the placement of the practitioner’s hands on or above specific areas of the body and in the energy field to balance the body by releasing blockages, encouraging a healthy energy flow, and stimulating the body’s own natural healing functions.

Jenny works with people on an individual bases and creates custom formulas tailored specifically for the individual.  She also offers other herbal, supplemental, environmental and lifestyle changes.  Consultation can be done over the phone or in person. It is not necessary to be in person.

Jenny works with people on an individual basis to teach the foundation of good nutrition.  She will help improve your digestion by teaching you the importance of chewing and food combining.  She will teach you how to shop, share recipes, show you around the health food store and more!

Body Talk Access 

The wellness routine presented in BodyTalk Access helps to re-establish internal lines of communication within the bodymind. This ultimately helps the individual have more resiliency towards stress and any other factors that can be detrimental to long term health.

The first two techniques balance the brain, so that the brain is turned on and communicating appropriately.  The next two techniques balance the metabolic processes of the body and the entire immune system, helping the body be more resilient to stress and external forces, such as germs and viruses.  The final technique helps to balance posture and the physical structure of the body, thus improving range-of-motion, flexibility and overall coordination of the muscles, tendons and ligaments.

I believe people heal through a holistic approach.   I work with people not only through herbs but also through energy.  I am a certified Reconnective Healing practitioner.  Reconnective Healing is similar to Reiki but a different frequency.
